Every person likes staying within their own actuality. The reason behind this is because we all know our minor world perfectly and that we can control everything there, there aren't any surprises. We're feeling comfortable and guarded in there. We're feeling that we would take a risk stepping using this secure little world becasue of being unsure of what's coming to us out there. As being a way with a turnig, it feels OK to go until it's not hard to see what's coming however it can't be known what we will experience through the turning.
Comfort zone is really a barrier that was built around us due to the worry of having hurt just in case we get through this wall.
